Key Responsibilities:
As a Baguette Production Worker, you will be involved in the following tasks:
- Dough Preparation and Mixing: Handling ingredients and preparing dough according to recipes and quality standards.
- Baguette Shaping and Forming: Shaping dough into baguettes with precision and care.
- Baking and Monitoring: Operating baking equipment and ensuring products are baked to perfection.
- Quality Control and Hygiene: Maintaining strict hygiene and quality standards throughout the production process.
- Team Coordination: Working closely with your team to meet daily production targets and maintain smooth workflow.
