FAQ’s
A TRC for business in Poland is a residence permit that allows foreign entrepreneurs to live and work in Poland while establishing or managing a business. It is typically granted for a period of up to three years and can be renewed.
To qualify for a TRC, you must demonstrate that you have a viable business plan, sufficient financial resources to support your business and yourself, and a legal basis for your stay, such as a registered business entity in Poland. You may also need to show proof of a clean criminal record and health insurance.
The application process can vary but generally takes between 2 to 3 months. It is advisable to start the process well in advance of your intended start date to account for any potential delays.
Yes, you can include your spouse and dependent children in your TRC application. They will need to apply for their own residence permits, but their applications can be processed simultaneously with yours.
If your TRC application is rejected, you have the right to appeal the decision. You should review the reasons for the rejection, address any issues or missing documents, and submit an appeal to the appropriate authority. It is often helpful to consult with a legal expert or immigration advisor for guidance on how to strengthen your appeal.
