Assembler for automatic gates and roller shutters job in Poland

Role and Responsibilities:
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Component Assembly: Working on an assembly line to put together components for automatic gates and roller shutters motors. The work is straightforward and does not require special skills.
- Sedentary Work: Enjoy a sedentary work environment with tasks that are not physically demanding.
Work Conditions:
- Facilities: Benefit from comfortable facilities that include lockers, showers, and a kitchen. The workspace is designed to minimize strong smells and noise.
- Work Start: Employment begins 2-3 days after arrival.
- Uniform: Free outfit including a jacket, pants, and shoes is provided.
- Accommodation: Free accommodation is offered.
Schedule and Compensation:
- Work Schedule: You will work two 8-hour shifts: from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The work week spans 5-6 days, with paid vacation included.
- Hourly Rate: The position offers an hourly rate of 9 PLN, with an increased rate of 18 PLN for Saturdays. Additionally, a monthly bonus of 150 PLN is provided.
- Salary Payment: Salaries are paid between the 10th and 15th of each month via bank card, ensuring timely payments. No advance payments are provided, so applicants should prepare for initial expenses for food and personal needs until the first salary is received.
