Role and Responsibilities:
In this position, you will be involved in the production of automobile wires. Your responsibilities will include:
Wire Production: Handling the settling of thin wires into designated slots and fixing them in place. This job requires good manual skills and keen eyesight to manage small parts efficiently.
Work Conditions:
- Training: A 3-day training program is provided upon arrival to ensure you are well- prepared for the role.
- Transportation: A bus pass is provided by the employer, with a short 10–15-minute commute to the workplace.
- Documentation: The employer also handles the extension of working documents, ensuring your paperwork is up-to-date.
- Location: The workplace is situated in a small city near Bielsko-Biała, offering a quiet and accessible setting.
Engagement Conditions:
- Manual Skills: Good manual dexterity is important for handling the small components involved in the production process.
- Language Requirements: Knowledge of Polish is not required, making this an accessible opportunity for non-Polish speakers.
Accommodation and Compensation:
- Accommodation: Free accommodation is provided in shared rooms for 2-3 people. Each accommodation includes access to a bathroom and restroom, and Wi-Fi is available.
- Schedule: Expect to work between 220 and 240 hours per month, with an hourly rate of 10 PLN after taxes. Additional bonuses for meeting production plans, working hours, and engagement length can increase your earnings by up to 500 PLN.
