About the Position:
Leading display advertisement companies based in Poland are looking to expand their team by hiring a skilled Billboard/Sign Installer. This role is perfect for experienced individuals with a background in construction installation, assembling, or mounting. As a Billboard Installer, you will play a crucial role in setting up and maintaining outdoor advertising structures, ensuring they are securely installed and visually impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
In this position, you will be responsible for a range of tasks associated with the installation and maintenance of billboards and signs:
- Installation and Assembly: Carry out the installation and assembly of billboards and signs at various locations, ensuring they are securely mounted and meet the company's high standards.
- Heavy Lifting and Physical Work: The job involves physical labor, including heavy lifting and working at heights, requiring a good level of fitness.
- Team Communication: You will need to effectively communicate with your teammates to ensure smooth coordination and completion of projects on time.
- Problem Solving: The role demands quick thinking and the ability to solve problems on the go, especially when faced with unexpected challenges during installation.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Experience: You should have relevant experience in construction installation, assembling, or mounting, as this is essential for the role.
- Age and Physical Fitness: Candidates must be over 25 years old and physically fit, with the ability to perform tasks that involve heavy lifting and working at heights.
- Language Skills: A good command of written and spoken English is necessary to understand instructions, communicate with the team, and complete reports.
- Driver’s License: While not mandatory, having a valid driver’s license is highly desirable, as it can facilitate transportation to different work sites.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: The position offers a competitive salary ranging from 5500 to 6500 PLN (approximately $1200-$1400), reflecting the skills and experience required.
- Work Schedule: The job involves working from Monday to Friday, with shifts running from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday hours from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Sundays are designated as off days.
- Accommodation: The employer provides hostel-like accommodation with rooms shared by 2-3 people. While the accommodation is covered by the employer, utility fees are the responsibility of the employee.
