Job Responsibilities
As a Car Wash Attendant, your primary duties will include:
- Cleaning both the exterior and interior of vehicles at a fast pace to meet the high standards set by the car wash network.
- Using a variety of tools and equipment, such as brooms, hand tools, pressure washers,a and grease guns, to ensure every vehicle is thoroughly cleaned.
This role requires a strong attention to detail, a responsible attitude, and a focused approach to your work. While previous experience in a car wash is beneficial, it is not necessary as full training will be provided.
Job Requirements
To succeed in this position, you need to meet the following requirements:
- A basic understanding of English to follow instructions and communicate with the team.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods, as the job involves a lot of standing and movement throughout the day.
Compensation and Work Schedule
The job offers a competitive monthly base salary of 4000 PLN (approximately 800 USD). In addition to the base salary, there are opportunities to earn bonuses and tips, with commission-based rewards depending on your performance and the number of orders you handle.
You will work day shifts lasting 9 to 10 hours each, six days a week, providing a consistent work schedule.
