About the Role

As a Cleaning Operative at Accor, you will play an essential role in ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our hotels, which are located in various cities across Poland. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring meeting rooms and communal areas are clean and ready for guests' arrival
• Receiving clean laundry deliveries and replenishing laundry cupboards for housekeepers
• Preparing dirty laundry for collection
• Performing heavy lifting tasks and cleaning bathrooms, stairs, and other communal areas

You will report directly to the housekeeper and work closely with the housekeeping team to maintain the high standards of cleanliness that Accor is known for. While previous experience in the cleaning or housekeeping industry is preferred, full training will be provided to help you excel in your role.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Appropriate experience working within the cleaning industry
• A good level of fitness, as the role involves heavy lifting and physical tasks
• A good command of English to communicate effectively with team members and guests
• A friendly, confident, and polite demeanor
• A good level of general health
• Willingness and ability to work overtime when required
