About the Position:
Leading Polish development companies are seeking both qualified specialists and general construction workers for various roles, including Mason, Fitter, Concrete Worker, Plasterer, and Filler-Painter. This opportunity is open to individuals with and without previous work experience, as comprehensive training will be provided. Key Responsibilities:
Construction Work: Perform tasks relevant to your role, such as masonry, fitting, concrete work, plastering, and painting. Training will be provided to ensure you can meet the required standards.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety rules and regulations on the job site to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Age: Open to men aged 20 to 55 years old.
- Health and Habits: Candidates must be in good health and free from bad habits.
- Language Skills: Knowledge of Polish is advantageous, but English is acceptable.
Familiarity with safety procedures is required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly Rate and Salary: The average rate starts from 16 PLN per hour (net), with a monthly salary ranging from 3500 PLN to 6000 PLN (approximately $1000-$1500), depending on experience and role.
- Work Schedule: Working hours range from 8 to 12 hours per day, Monday to Saturday. Sundays are off, with an option for an additional day off upon request.
- Trial Period: A trial period of 1 month applies, depending on your qualification level. Successful candidates will receive a formal employment contract and relevant qualification documents.
- Accommodation and Benefits: Hostel-like accommodation is provided, along with working clothes and daily lunches. Long-term workers receive a free Temporary Residence Card (TRC).
