Job Responsibilities:
As a Multi-Drop Courier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that food orders reach customers quickly and efficiently. Your main duties will include:
- Multi-Drop Collections and Deliveries: You will be responsible for making multiple collections and deliveries within your assigned area.
- Time Management: It’s essential to work to time-critical deadlines and adhere to set collection times, ensuring that every delivery is completed promptly.
- Record Keeping: You will need to keep and maintain regular records of your journeys, including details of each delivery and collection.
Job Requirements:
To excel in this role, you will need the following:
- Physical Endurance: The ability to walk for extended periods is essential as the job involves a lot of movement throughout the day.
- English Proficiency: A good command of English (Upper Intermediate level) is necessary for reading, writing, and speaking. This is vital for communication and record-keeping.
- Attention to Detail: Being thorough and meticulous in your work will ensure that all deliveries are accurate and timely.
Training and Compensation:
No previous experience is required for this position, as full training will be provided by the company. You will receive comprehensive guidance on how to perform your duties effectively, ensuring you are fully prepared to meet the demands of the job. The position offers competitive hourly pay, with a rate of 20 PLN per hour. Based on the standard work schedule, you can expect to earn approximately 5000 PLN per month (equivalent to around 1000 USD).
Work Schedule:
The work schedule is structured to maximize efficiency while ensuring you have time to rest:
- Shift Duration: Each shift lasts 10 hours, with a 1-hour break included.
- Weekly Schedule: You will work 5 to 6 days per week, depending on the schedule.
Accommodation:
If you require accommodation, the employer provides hostel-like living arrangements. Rooms are shared with 2-3 other employees, offering a comfortable living situation close to work. While the accommodation is provided by the employer, utility fees will be the responsibility of the employee.
