Position: Florist Worker
Location: Florist Company (6 km from the accommodation)
Salary and Compensation:
- Monthly Salary: PLN 2,172 – 3,408
- Hourly Rate: PLN 9.00 (after taxes)
- Bonus: Additional PLN 300 – 600 based on performance

- Skills: Good eyesight and manual dexterity
Job Responsibilities:
Join a florist company specializing in decorative plants and holiday decorations. Your tasks will include:
- Decorative Plant Handling: Assisting in the growth and maintenance of decorative plants.
- Holiday Decorations: Producing items such as candlesticks and wreaths for holidays like Christmas and Easter.
- Post-Holiday Duties: Preparing and sorting plant slips, including hyacinths, lilies, peonies, strawberries, roses, and firs.
Engagement Conditions:
- Work Environment: The role involves tasks requiring good eyesight and manual skills. The work environment is designed to be supportive and accommodating.
- Schedule: 8 – 12 hours per day with optional additional hours. Two shifts are available: day and night.
Accommodation and Transportation:
- Accommodation: Free lodging in a large house, 6 km from the workplace. The house is equipped like a hostel with rooms for 3-4 or 6-8 people. Amenities include 4 kitchens, 4 restrooms, and 4 bathrooms.
- Transportation: Free transportation is provided to and from the workplace.
