Dough Mixer Operator Job in Poland

We are offering a rewarding opportunity for a Bread Packing and Bakery Production role in Poland. Role Overview

In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the pastry and bakery production environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Working in the production of pastries and bread, handling ingredients, and logging their usage.
• Managing the automated dough kneading and preparation processes, and monitoring and researching dough parameters.
• Monitoring and recording technological process parameters and sorting production disposes.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in production lines, preferably in food production.
• Language: Proficiency in reading and understanding Polish is required. However, significant experience in similar roles can compensate for limited Polish language skills.
• Education: Secondary or higher education is preferred.
• Health Book: A Polish Health Book is required but can be obtained on-site.
• Age: Applicants should be between 23 and 40 years old.

Employment Conditions

• Salary: The monthly salary ranges from PLN 2,184 to PLN 2,392. The hourly rate is 13 PLN, with potential increases following the probationary period.
• Accommodation: Provided free of charge. However, food expenses are the responsibility of the applicant.
• Schedule: The role involves working three shifts of 8 hours each per day. Saturday work is voluntary and includes a 100% rate increase, while Sunday is a day off.
• Probationary Period: The initial probationary period lasts for 3 months.
