Drivers mate (Delivery) job in Poland
One of the largest HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) wholesalers in Poland are currently looking for a Driver’s Mate to strengthen their logistics team in Warsaw. This role is officially open to men and requires no prior experience, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to start a career in logistics and delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Driver’s Mate, you will work directly alongside our drivers to ensure that our products are delivered efficiently and on time to hotels, bars, and restaurants across the country.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Deliveries: Assisting drivers in delivering a variety of products to our customers in the hospitality industry. Your support will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for first-class service.
- Navigation Assistance: You will help with reading maps and providing drivers with navigation support, ensuring that deliveries are made accurately and on time.
- Loading and Unloading: Part of your role will involve helping to load and unload products from the delivery vehicles, which will require physical strength and the ability to handle heavy lifting.
Training and Compensation:
No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided. This ensures you will be well-equipped to perform your duties effectively from the very beginning.
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging between 4500 and 5500 PLN (approximately 900 to 1100 USD), depending on your performance and the hours worked.
Work Schedule:
You will work a structured schedule that includes:
- Shift Duration: Day shifts and backshifts lasting 8 to 9 hours each.
- Weekly Schedule: Six days per week, providing consistent work with one day off for rest.
Accommodation:
If you need accommodation, the employer provides hostel-like living arrangements. Rooms are shared between 2-3 people, offering a comfortable and affordable living environment near your workplace. While the accommodation is provided, you will be responsible for covering the utility fees.
Job Requirements:
