Euro-palette Production Job in Poland
Position: General Laborer
Location: Varies (Indoor workshop or outdoor, depending on weather conditions)
Salary and Compensation:
- Monthly Salary: PLN 2,700 – 3,300
- Hourly Rate: PLN 11.60
- Accommodation: Initial hotel stays (150 PLN for 3 days) for training; monthly accommodation fee is 550 PLN.

Job Responsibilities:
As a General Laborer, your daily tasks will include:
- Material Handling: Unloading raw materials and loading finished products.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operating and maintaining equipment such as disk saws, pneumatic nail guns, and pallet marking tools.
- Wood Treatment: Soaking wood with chloride as part of the production process.
- Production Line Duties: Engaging in physical labor on the production line and overseeing process and quality control.
- Clean-Up: Performing general cleaning duties to maintain a tidy work environment.
Work Conditions and Attire:
- Work Environment: Tasks are performed both indoors in a workshop setting and outdoors, depending on weather conditions.
- Work Attire: Applicants can bring their own work clothes or purchase them for 135 PLN (metal toe shoes and clothes), with the cost deducted from the salary. Second- hand outfits are available for free. It is important to inform the manager of your sizes prior to your arrival.
Work Schedule:
Hours: 10 – 12 hours per day, Monday through Saturday
