Fitter for Blinds and Shutters job in Poland

About the Role
As a fitter (installer), you will be responsible for installing and assembling various window treatments, including blinds, shutters, and awnings. Although previous experience is advantageous, it is not a requirement. We offer comprehensive training to ensure you gain the skills needed for the role. Ideal candidates will have a keen interest in installation and assembly work, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and Assembly: Install and assemble window blinds, plantation shutters, and awnings according to manufacturer specifications.
- Materials and Tools: Utilize and understand various materials and tools necessary for installations.
- Manuals and Blueprints: Read and interpret installation manuals, blueprints, and sketches to ensure accurate and efficient installation.
- Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Timely Completion: Complete all assigned tasks within specified time frames.
- Communication: Effectively communicate in English to coordinate with team members and clients.
Requirements
- Knowledge of materials, tools, and installation processes.
- Ability to understand and follow installation manuals and blueprints.
- Strong commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Ability to complete work tasks in a timely manner.
- Good English communication skills.
Compensation and Schedule
- Monthly Salary: 5000-5200 PLN (approximately $1000-$1100).
- Work Schedule: Day shift, backshift, and on-call duties, with an 8-hour workday, six days per week.
Accommodation
Housing: Hostel-like accommodation is provided for 2-3 people per room, with utility fees covered by the employee.
