Food Operative Job in Poland
Are you searching for a full-time job with a dynamic local food manufacturer in the Warsaw suburbs? We are currently expanding our team and seeking numerous Operatives to join us. This role is open to both men and women, and no prior experience is needed as we provide comprehensive training.
In this position, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Your tasks will involve working directly on the production line or within production areas, where you will be engaged in various activities such as:
- Physically lifting and moving crates of vegetables, packed goods, or finished products.
- Cutting or dicing vegetables by hand or with machinery.
- Weighing, counting, and placing ingredients into containers or hoppers.
- Washing down production lines and cleaning production areas.
- Maintaining accurate production records and recording control measurements.
Candidates should possess basic English skills and be physically fit to handle the demands of the job. The position offers a monthly salary between 5000 and 5500 PLN (approximately 1000 to 1100 USD), including potential rewards. We provide flexible work schedules with various shifts available, each lasting 10 hours, six days a week. Accommodation is available in shared, hostel-like rooms for 2-3 people, with utility fees covered by the employee.
