About the Position:
A reputable local furniture workshop in Poland is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Furniture Assemblers / Furniture Fitters. This role involves working directly within clients' homes, where you'll be responsible for installing high-quality, bespoke furniture. The range of furniture includes cupboards, wardrobes, kitchen cabinetry, balustrades, chairs, tables, and custom design interiors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and assemble various types of bespoke furniture as per client specifications.
- Work inside customers' homes, ensuring a high standard of craftsmanship and customer service.
- Understand and execute manufacturer’s installation requirements by interpreting manuals and diagrams.
- Utilize a variety of instruments and tools provided for each project.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your work.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in carpentry or installation is essential.
- Proficient command of English, both oral and written, is required.
- Ability to comprehend and follow installation manuals and diagrams.
- Skilled in using a range of tools and instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: 5000-5500 PLN (approximately $1100-$1200)
- Work Schedule: Day shift, backshift, plus on-call duties; 8-9 hours per day, six days a week.
- Accommodation: Hostel-like rooms for 2-3 people provided by the employer; utility fees are covered by the employee.
