Gardener Job in Poland

Are you ready to join a dynamic team in Vilnius? A well-established Garden Maintenance & Landscaping company is seeking full-time gardeners to provide routine and non-routine maintenance for parks, highways, and residential green spaces across Vilnius and its suburbs. This role is open to both men and women up to 50 years old, with no prior experience required as we offer free introduction and training.

Job Description:

In this role, you will work under the guidance of our experienced gardening team leader and be part of a dedicated team of professional gardeners. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Lawn Maintenance: Cultivating and caring for lawns, including mowing and trimming.
• Soil Cultivation: Preparing and enriching soil through digging, forking, and mulching.
• Watering and Irrigation: Ensuring plants receive adequate water through proper techniques.
• Weeding and Edging: Removing weeds and creating clean, defined edges around garden beds.
• Pruning and Planting: Trimming plants for healthy growth and planting new seedlings.
• Bed Preparation and Seed Sowing: Preparing Garden beds and sowing seeds to promote plant development.

Requirements:

• No prior experience is necessary; free introduction and learning provided
• Good physical and mental health is essential
• Reliable, hard-working, and adaptable
• Must be a team player with no bad habits

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One weekend shift every three weeks, usually 5-6 hours on Saturday or Sunday

Compensation:

Starting from €550 per month
