About the Position:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for individuals to join a team in Poland as an Insulator, focusing on heat insulation of pipes and the covering of ventilation shafts. This role involves working with materials like cotton wool and phenoplast and requires performing tasks on rooftops. Ideal candidates are men up to 55 years old, in good physical and mental condition. While minimal experience is needed, a one-time payment of 150 PLN for medical examination and BHP training is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Heat Insulation: Install heat insulation on pipes and cover ventilation shafts using materials such as cotton wool and phenoplast.
- Roof Work: Conduct insulation tasks on rooftops, which involves working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Safety Compliance: Complete a medical examination and BHP training, with a one-time fee of 150 PLN.
Requirements:
- Age: Open to men up to 55 years old.
- Experience: Minimal experience is required, though good physical and mental health is essential.
- Training: Must complete required medical and safety training.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly Rate and Salary: Average rate of 16 PLN per hour (net), with a monthly salary ranging from 3400 PLN to 3800 PLN (approximately $900-$1000).
- Work Schedule: Working hours from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (or up to 7:00 PM), Monday to Saturday. Sundays are off, with the option for an additional day off upon request.
- Accommodation: Hostel-like housing is provided, with rooms shared by 3-4 people. Utility fees of 150 PLN per month will be deducted from your salary.
