
Multi-skilled Technician Job in Poland

Hospitals are seeking dedicated and experienced Multi-Skilled Technician to join their shift team. This role involves performing both reactive and planned preventative maintenance across the hospital campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute weekly and monthly planned maintenance tasks, including fire alarm tests, lighting inspections, repair work, maintenance, and compliance checks.
- Replace defective luminaries as part of re-lamping procedures.
- Carry out minor building fabric repairs and decorative tasks.
- Address minor plumbing issues.
- Support external landscaping efforts.
- Manage furniture logistics, including moves and organization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar technical position.
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
- Ability to perform tasks beyond core technical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Compensation:
- Monthly Salary: 5000-5500 PLN (approximately 1100-1200 USD).
- Work Schedule: Day shifts, 8-9 hours per day, six days per week.
- Accommodation: Hostel-like rooms for 2-3 people provided by the employer; utility fees are the responsibility of the employee.
