Packing Operator Job in Poland

Our clients, a prominent producer of a comprehensive range of grocery, industrial, food service, and specialty sweetener products, is currently seeking Packing Operators to become a part of their team in Warsaw.
Position Overview
As a Packing Operator, you will be responsible for efficiently operating an automated packing line, loading and unloading packaging goods, processing computerized packing sheets, and performing cleaning duties. This role is essential to maintaining the smooth operation of the packing process and ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate the packing line and associated offline equipment, adhering to safety, quality, and output standards.
- Conduct required quality checks and compare results against specified parameters to ensure product quality.
- Supply the packing lines with necessary packaging equipment and materials.
- Accurately record quality metrics, monitor line performance, and manage material usage to optimize efficiency.
Requirements
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills are essential.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is required.
- A positive and proactive attitude is necessary for effective teamwork.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality are crucial.
- Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred, though not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranges from 4500 to 5000 PLN (approximately 900 to 1000 USD).
- Work schedule consists of day shifts, 8 to 9 hours per day, five days per week.
- The company provides hostel-like accommodation for 2 to 3 people. Utility fees are covered by the employee.
