About the Position:
Poland is seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our team for a local contract managing a cluster of buildings in Downtown Warsaw. As part of a multi- discipline maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in servicing and maintaining various plumbing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and Repairs: Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks related to commercial and industrial plumbing systems.
- System Operations: Oversee and maintain heating systems, including boiler plants, pumps, ventilation systems, and associated controls.
- Shift Work: Work on day shifts, backshift, and be available for on-call duties as required.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in commercial and industrial plumbing is essential. Familiarity with boiler plants, pumps, ventilation systems, and controls is highly desirable.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English, both oral and written, is required.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to focus on quality service and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Dedication: Strong commitment to maintaining high service standards. Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: Monthly salary ranging from 5000 PLN to 5500 PLN (approximately $1100-$1200), based on experience and qualifications.
Work Schedule: Day shifts of 8-9 hours per day, six days per week. Accommodation: Hostel-like accommodation is provided, with rooms shared by 2-3 people. Utility fees are covered by the employee.
