Job Description:
As a Farm Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in our poultry production operations. Our farm produces a variety of poultry products, including Organic, Free Range, and Freedom Foods. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing sheds for the arrival of chicks
- Feeding the birds
- Conducting daily health inspections of the poultry
- Spreading shavings as needed
- Assisting with minor farm maintenance tasks
- Hours: 50-60 hours per week, spread across six days.
Requirements:
- Previous experience is valued but not essential
- Must be fit and healthy, with the ability to work on your feet all day
- Willingness to engage in hands-on tasks and get your hands dirty
Compensation and Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: PLN 4,000 – 4,500 (approx. $900 – $950), including rewards
