Key Responsibilities:
As a Solar PV Installer, your primary duties will involve the installation and maintenance of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on various sites. This includes:
- Installation: Set up and install solar PV systems on rooftops and other structures, ensuring they are properly aligned and secured for optimal energy efficiency.
- Maintenance: Perform routine checks and maintenance on installed systems, identifying and rectifying any issues to ensure continuous operation.
- Working Outdoors: You must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and at heights, as this job requires outdoor work on rooftops and other elevated structures.
Requirements:
Candidates for this role should meet the following criteria:
- Outdoor and Height Work: Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions and at heights.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, with basic knowledge of Polish being an advantage.
- Physical Fitness: Physically fit to handle the demands of the job, including lifting equipment and working in challenging environments.
- Work Ethic: A strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to high-quality work are essential.
- Driver’s License: While not mandatory, a valid driver’s license is desirable for the role.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: The position offers a competitive salary of 5500 PLN to 6000 PLN (approximately $1200-$1300), depending on experience and performance.
- Work Schedule: You will work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (or 7:00 PM) from Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off. An additional day off can be requested if needed.
- Training and Uniform: The employer provides full training, so no prior solar PV experience is necessary. Additionally, a uniform will be provided.
- Accommodation and Transportation: The employer offers hostel-like accommodations shared by 2-3 people, with transportation provided to and from work sites.
