How to Prepare Your Documents for Studying in Belarus
If you’ve chosen Belarus as your destination for higher education and have already selected a university, the next step is to begin preparing the necessary documents. The process is relatively straightforward, and with the right paperwork in place, you’ll be one step closer to starting your academic journey in Belarus.
Initial Steps: Receiving an Invitation to Study
To receive an official invitation to study from your chosen educational institution in Belarus, you’ll need to submit the following documents:

Application Form – A written application with your personal details. A sample form is usually available on the university’s official website.

Educational Certificate – A notarized copy of your diploma or certificate of previous education, along with a transcript of grades.

Birth Certificate – A notarized copy of your birth certificate.

Once these documents are approved, you will receive an invitation letter from the university. For many foreign nationals, a visa is not required for the first 30 days in Belarus.
